Since 2013 focused on the User Experience field within the tech industry. Held senior positions at four leading global IT-companies, worked close to clients with Service Design, UX, UI, Innovation, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Design Thinking and Design Sprints. Role within the client projects are often Agile coach, Project Manager or Facilitator. Responsibilities at home base apart from client projects have included Pre-Sales, Line Organisation, and also UX Guild Leadership to scale a UX Team from start to 20 within a year. SAFe certified.

SCALING A UX TEAM FROM 1-20 IN A YEAR

Leading the UX Guild at Capgemini DCX Sweden which started scaling up in 2022. Establishing the Guild Structure and Artefacts, as well as being part of the recruitment process. Holding biweekly remote events for the distributed members consisting of UX- and Service Designers. The purpose of the Guild is for upskilling, networking and retainment. Events, for example, partnering with Adobe around their Metaverse initiative as well as Creative Suite, and also AI-driven UX research company Entropik Tech.

Preferred process for building a hypothesis for a user centered Digital Transformation from the UX perspective:
Discovery work – User and expert interviews plus Operational Walkthroughs, Strategy Sprint, Problem Framing Sprint, preparing and setting up a Design Sprint (Design Thinking Workshop) both on client site as well as remote, with as many as +30 persons involved. Facilitation of Design Sprint, usually takes 2-5 full days, UX prototype design of MVP, Usability Testing of prototype plus Iterations, C-suite MVP presentation, handover to delivery teams.

Since spending so much time in meetings and designing on the Mac, really like to get active when having a little time off. Enjoying: Freeride Skiing and Mountain Biking, Bowl Skateboarding, Gym, going to concerts, watching art, especially street art. Does some AI Art. Interested in new tech, drives a 1960’s Frisco style motorcycle, and an electric bicycle. And an electric car. Likes to have a craft beer occasionally. 😀
